Violin
He began his musical studies at the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid, under the direction of D. Víctor Martín, obtaining an Honorable Matriculation in all courses and an Honorable End of Career Award in Violin and Chamber Music. Graduated from the Staaliche Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg (Germany), in the chair of D. Nicolás Chumachenco, obtaining the diploma Künstlerische Ausbildung. Pablo Sarasate National Prize in 1998. Granted by the Fundación Banco Exterior, Juan de Borbón, AIE, La Caixa and Generalitat Valenciana to carry out advanced courses with Ruggiero Ricci, Alexandra Frantseva, Lorand Fenyves and Endellion Quartet.
He has been invited as concertmaster of the Camerata Martín Codax, Orquesta de Cámara Ars Viva, Orquesta de Cámara Carlos III, Orquesta de Cámara Sa Nostra, Orquesta Sinfónica de Albacete y Orquesta Sinfónica de Valencia and Orquesta Sinfónica de Extremadura. He has also collaborated with the Orquesta Nacional de España, Orquesta de la Comunidad de Madrid and Real Filarmonía de Galicia.
He has been, among others, in the Festivals Presences of Paris, Ars Music of Strasbourg, Ars Music of Brussels, Quincena Donostiarra, A Tempo of Caracas, Spazio Music of Cagliari in Italy, International Festival of Music of Ravenna.
He has performed under the direction of Jesús Amigo, Arturo Tamayo, Fabián Panicello, Mark Foster, Yuri Bashmet, premiering in Spain violin concerts by Donatoni and José Manuel López López and has developed a broad concert activity in the field of contemporary music being concertmaster of the Plural Ensemble and the Warrior Project with which he has premiered many works by numerous Spanish composers such as Rueda, Torres and Sánchez Verdú.
As a teacher he carries out a wide activity as a trainer of young orchestras such as Jorcam, Joex or the CSMA Symphony Orchestra.
He is currently concertmaster of the Extremadura Symphony Orchestra, soloist of the Reina Sofía Chamber Orchestra and professor at the Conservatorio Superior de Aragón.
